Unzip netmail.zip with option -d (with subdirectory)
For example:
pkunzip.exe -d netmail.zip

and run setup.exe

NetMail is an e-mail-client program that is designed to make
e-mail exchange fast and convenient! NetMail gives you the ability
to manage several e-mail accounts. NetMail manages email lists
and sends personalized messages to multiple recipients. You can
import addresses from any *.txt, *.dbf (DBASE) and *.db (paradox)
files. NetMail includes filters and search functions for finding
specific address types. It also removes duplicate addresses and
automatically processes remove requests.
